Happy New Rotary Year!!!!
It is my pleasure and a great honor to serve as President of the Rotary Club of Spring Hill Central. Let’s work together to make this a fantastic year for our club, our community and Rotary International.
I had the pleasure earlier this year of meeting John Kenny, our RI President for 09-10. He is truly an inspiration and exemplifies Rotary ideals. The theme he has chosen this year is Future of Rotary is in Your Hands. He chose this theme because he believes that “In Rotary, everything we are, and everything we aspire to become, lies in the hands of Rotarians in our clubs. If our clubs are congenial and our meetings well run, if our service is carefully planned and competently carried out, if our members are qualified, honest, and respected in their vocations and communities, then all of rotary will thrive.
It is my promise to my fellow Rotarians to do my best to follow this theme and President Kenny’s beliefs. My challenge to you as Rotarians is to find more qualified hands. We are in constant contact with people who would be a great addition to our Rotary family. Look around at the people you do business with and remember most of them probably don’t know much about Rotary.
Also remember most folks have a giving heart and want to help others and their communities.
Can you think of a better outlet for service than Rotary? Remember Just Ask!

Call to order begins promptly at Noon and the speaker is introduced at approximately 12:15PM. Luncheon is served at 12:35PM, followed by fellowship and presidential remarks, and concluded at 1:00PM. The cost of the luncheon is $12.00.

HAITI RELIEF FUND
Attached is the Haiti relief flyer. We can all be very proud of Rotary. As we all know very well this is Rotary in action and proves why Rotary is the greatest service club in the World. Our club has collected a total of $178. If you want to contribute to this worthy cause make your check payable to Rotary Club of Spring Hill Central Foundation, Inc. and mark it for Haiti.
